Australian Delegates Zoe and Emily Attend Climate Dialogue at Finnish Embassy of Canberra

Zoe and Emily were invited to the Finnish Embassy in Canberra on the 30th of September to share their WSSC experience and environmental sustainability projects. They were greatly commended for their initiative and passion. The climate dialogue called 'Timeout' involved 15 members from many organizations and perspectives of the climate issue. The day was extremely successful in learning and gaining support and new viewpoints on global sustainability and youth voice being heard. 

Indian Delegate Paavani's School St. George's College Launches Campaigns - 'We Promise' and 'Let's Recycle'. 


Indian Delegate, St. George's College, a residential school set in picturesque hill town of Mussorie, launched campaigns -'We Promise' and 'Let's Recycle'. 'We Promise' campaign got together students, staff and local community members to plant around 1000 saplings in an around the school. Saplings were planted and named as a tribute to the martyrs of the soil. 'Lets Recycle' campaign helps to reduce consumption of raw material and improve air and water quality, Paper recycling constitutes a 74% reduction in gas emissions and. 35% reduction in water polluting emissions.
